Due to the nature of our digital product and service delivery, we do not offer refunds once the payment has been made. Digital Delivery: All items and services provided by Blueprint are delivered digitally. This ensures quick and efficient access to the tools and data you need.
Timeline: Our typical timeline for delivery spans three months. The first month focuses on generating your Total Addressable Market (TAM) score. The subsequent two months involve delivering three curated lists based on your specific needs and criteria.
Return Policy
Given the nature of our services and products, we do not accept returns:
No Returns: Once a contract is signed and services have commenced, we do not accept returns. Our services are customized and delivered digitally, making returns impractical and unfeasible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to provide clarity on our cancellation terms:
Pilot Program Payment: Customers are required to pay upfront for the pilot program, which costs $15,000.
Monthly Commitment: After the initial pilot program, customers can commit to a nine-month engagement at $5,000 per month.
No Mid-Period Cancellations: Customers are committed to the full period once it begins. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current period. This is usually either 3 months (pilot period), 9 months (to complete the year), or yearly (after the pilot + 9 month extension).
